 From the East

 From State Rt. 5S (or Thruway Exit 29): Take the first left in the village, on Mitchell St. (this is before the traffic light).  Go one block, to the end of Mitchell St .  Cross Montgomery St. onto Moyer St. (you will need to bear slightly left to do this). The Van Alstyne House is the 4^th building on the right.

 From the West

 If exiting the Thruway, use the directions for From the East above.  If on State Rt. 5S: at the traffic light turn right onto State Rt. 10 south.  At the next light, turn left onto Montgomery St .  Take the first right off of Montgomery , onto Moyer St .  The Van Alstyne House is the 4^th building on the right.

 From the North

 From State Rt. 10:  Go through the first traffic light, crossing State Rt. 5S.  At the second light take a left onto Montgomery St .  Take the first right off of Montgomery , onto Moyer St .  The Van Alstyne House is the 4^th building on the right.

 From the South

 From State Rt.10:  Rt. 10 winds down a long hill into the village.  At the island traffic light at the bottom of the hill, take a right onto Montgomery Street .  Take the first right off Montgomery St. , onto Moyer St.  The Van Alstyne House is the 4^th building on the right.
